The Summer Camp in Haarlem offers a special program, perfectly tailored to various age groups, where we value small scale and personal attention. We believe that individual attention is essential for your child to successfully learn English. Children are often not fond of reading, which is why we use visual support to make learning more fun and interactive during our children's camps. For younger children, Dutch can serve as additional support to make them feel comfortable. Each learning group has specific materials that take into account any differences in language levels.
Our English Summer Camp classes are designed to help children gain confidence in using the English language. The Summer Camp concludes with a festive graduation ceremony on the last afternoon, which parents are welcome to attend. At this closing ceremony, each child receives his or her Summer Camp certificate, and there is a special performance featuring singing and dancing. English Class
The children learn new words and thus expand their vocabulary. Older children are also taught simple grammar so they learn to use the language even better.
Songs & Conversation
Singing along with familiar songs together makes learning fun! As children practice sounds and pronunciation, they feel increasingly free in English.
Art Class
Craft a memory that children will be proud to take home. Using shapes, colors and materials, they create something special that will always remind them of Summer Camp.
Sports & Dance
Jump, run, swing, and learn English in the meantime! At Summer Camp, children get lots of exercise and pick up new words through play.
The summer camps in Haarlem will take place from Monday, July 6, through Friday, July 10 (5 days) and from Monday, August 10, through Wednesday, August 12 (3 days) in 2026. Please note that there are two different locations for these camps!
The summer camp in July will take place at the Willem van Oranje School, Rozenhagenstraat 15, 2021 CG Haarlem. The summer camp in August is at Florencius, Florapark 1, 2021 HK Haarlem. Both locations are centrally located in Haarlem.
