Summer Camp will take place during the months of July & August 2026. Each week there are Summer Camps spread throughout the Netherlands. Look at the locations when a Summer Camp will take place near you.
Summer Camp starts at 9 a.m. Children are welcome from 8:50 am. We conclude at 4 p.m. with the goodbye song where parents may also come and watch. Afterwards the children go home again. Do you want to bring your child earlier or pick them up later? No problem! You can book pre- and after-care at registration.
5 days Summer Camp 2025: €340
(Pre-care: €30 / Aftercare: €30 / Pre & aftercare: €50)
3 days Summer Camp 2025: €230
(Pre-care: €20 / Aftercare: €20 / Pre & aftercare: €30)
Each participant receives a polo shirt, a water bottle, a workbook, a bag and a lunch box. In the lunchbox, you will provide your child's own lunch each day. We provide all snacks, fruits, vegetables, drinks and ice cream at Summer Camp. If you indicate any allergies or dietary needs when you register, we will take them into account as much as possible. Children who have been before will receive a gift.
The counsellors at Summer Camp are young professionals and students with a very good knowledge and pronunciation of English. What makes them really special is their energy and enthusiasm for getting kids started with the language in a fun way.
They are all trained through the Pro English Academy, have a valid VOG and first aid certificate, and subscribe to our child protection and privacy policy. So you can be sure that your child is in good hands.
Do you want extra security? Then you can take out travel insurance or cancellation insurance through our partner Hanse Merkur. This can easily be done after your registration. Here you can read how to do it.
Need a little more space around the day? Then you can take advantage of our:
This allows you to bring your child(ren) earlier or pick them up later, for example in connection with work. During this extra time, the counsellors do fun activities with the children. It is not a class, but of course English remains here as well.

It is nice if children are present all days, because the program fits together daily. If your child does miss a part of the day, that is no problem. Just let us know when you register if you know this in advance. There is no refund for missed days. More information can be found at insurance.
Is your child sick? If so, please send us a WhatsApp message as soon as possible. We are happy to help think of a solution, although we cannot give refunds for missed days. Should your child fall ill during Summer Camp, the Head Counselor will contact you immediately by phone to discuss together.
Almost all children enjoy coming to Summer Camp every day. If your child does not feel like it, it is often due to fatigue. After all, it is a full and fun week. Make sure you give your child enough rest. If your child does not want to come, we are happy to help you find a solution. Restitution of missed days is not possible. More information can be found at insurance.
Sure! During every break, the children go outside to enjoy themselves. We also organize outdoor activities, weather permitting.
In July, children are often still in the school routine. Five days of Summer Camp fits in nicely with that. In August that rhythm is usually gone. Three days of Summer Camp is ideal to maintain concentration. The 3-day camp is a compact version of the 5-day camp.
Summer Camp is suitable for children ages 4 and up, and is geared toward children in grades 1 through 7.
Is your child older? Then check out:
Junior Camp: Suitable for school grade 7 and 8. International School Year 5 and 6.
Teen Camp: Suitable for secondary school children ages 12 through 17.
Yes, your child is welcome at Summer Camp. We have an appropriate program for every age group. Even for 4-year-olds the program is easy to follow. The only condition is that your child is potty-trained. Does your child sometimes have an accident? Then bring some extra clothes.
For children in grade 7, there are two options: Summer Camp (day camp) or Junior Camp (multi-day camp with overnight stay). Summer Camp fits nicely with elementary school, but can be a bit playful for grade 7. Junior Camp is often a better fit, as it prepares children to move on to high school.
Children in grade 8 are welcome to Junior Camp. This program is specially created for grade 7 and 8 students and fits well with their ages and interests.
No, at Summer Camp we work with different grade levels. Grading is based on the group your child is in this school year. During breaks, there is always time to get together and play together.
Certainly, Summer Camp remains educational even if your child already knows a lot of English. You can indicate this in the registration form. We have special challenge sheets and extra assignments to suit children with a head start in the language.
When two children are in the same grade, we usually place them in the same class group. If you want to be sure about this, feel free to indicate this in the registration form.
If your children are in the same grade, they can be in the lesson group together. If they are in successive grades, we will be happy to see how best to arrange it. Please indicate your wishes in the registration form. When there is a larger age difference, we intentionally place children in their own group, so that each gets the right challenge and guidance.
We want every child to feel comfortable at Summer Camp. If your child is in regular education, with or without medication, this is not a limitation for participation. However, we do ask you to carefully consider whether Summer Camp is appropriate if you know that your child may react strongly to new situations or changes, and this leads to behavior that is difficult to manage.
A new environment, unfamiliar counselors, different children, a different curriculum and a different language all at the same time can then be too much. Do you have doubts? Feel free to contact us at +31 6 57 75 76 02.
No, you don't have to bring anything. We provide all snacks, fruits, vegetables, drinks and even ice cream. The children will be given lemonade or water to drink.
We ask that you bring your child's own lunch. To that end, your child will receive a handy Summer Camp lunchbox on Monday.
In the registration form, we ask that you clearly indicate whether your child has a hypersensitivity, a mild allergy or a severe allergy (requiring, for example, an epi-pen or medication). Please also briefly describe exactly what the allergy relates to.
At Summer Camp we often have children with allergies and we take this into account as much as possible. Snacks and drinks we adjust if possible. Only in exceptional cases we ask you to bring your own snacks and drinks.
